This is our take on a normandy style cider, made in the traditionl method. We use 100% locally grown apples for this Brut cider.

This sparkling cider has been fermented in bottle using the traditional method. The freshness on the palate is its hallmark and the acidity while present isn't overwhelming. This is a delicately balanced cider produced exclusively from Northern Spy apples from a local grower.
