Rosé is a wine that is crafted. Shaped by technique, fruit selection and style. Countless hours were spent tweaking the blend, until our winemaker landed on what was both juicy and agreeable but also delicately nuanced and complex.
The nose is an inviting mix of fruits and herbal florals. Red cherry juiciness and ripe peach are met with delicate hibiscus and raspberry tea leaf notes. The palate matches that red cherry dive with fresh pink grapefruit, and great minerality to help accentuate the mouth-watering, dry finish.
