Beamsville Bench

Crafting blended wines is a true balancing act. Winemakers must not only incorporate all of the positive traits of each varietal, but also minimize the impact of their negative characteristics vintage to vintage.

The resulting wine has abundant fruit character on the nose with ripe notes of ripe clementine and candied lime. Warmer notes of baked apple and brioche are also prominent. On the palate, flavours of fresh squeezed grapefruit, peach and a touch of biscuit dominate, while gorgeous minerality on the back palate lends a touch of weight to a crisp and structured finish.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

This vintage of Tradition incorporates the traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Blending these three varietals results in a gorgeous structure and depth to the wine, as well as an elegance and complexity that is unparalleled to any single varietal sparkling wine.
