This vintage of Tradition incorporates the traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Blending these three varietals results in a gorgeous structure and depth to the wine, as well as an elegance and complexity that is unparalleled to any single varietal sparkling wine.

The resulting wine has abundant fruit character on the nose with notes candied lemon peel, yellow apple and a hint of buttery croissant pastry. On the palate a playful mousse brings a mouthcoating richness of apple, lemon and peach marmalade. This wine has a beautiful mouthwatering acidity, and although the wine is dry it carries expressive and bright fruit characteristics to the finish with notes of buttery pastry.
