Pinot Meunier is among the three noble varietals that comprise the classic wines of the Champagne region. Handpicked from a selection of our Beamsville Bench vineyards, and whole bunch pressed to capture the purity of the juice, this wine was cold fermented in stainless steel with a select yeast strain from champagne France before being prepared for secondary fermentation in bottle.

This wine exhibits an intricate nose with notes of flinty crushed granite, rhubarb and ripe red apple. On the palate an undertone of grapefruit zest and lemongrass is complemented by notes of red apple peel and pear and a hint of coconut shavings.
